About Civic Works Advisory Civic Works Advisory supports municipalities and agencies with program design, stakeholder engagement, and delivery PMO support. We help public teams ship visible outcomes without chaos. Role summary We're hiring a Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator to support work in public-sector program delivery. You'll collaborate across teams, keep work organized, and communicate clearly with partners and stakeholders. Responsibilities - Plan and execute assigned work with high ownership - Maintain clean documentation and reliable handoffs - Coordinate with leads and stakeholders; escalate risks early - Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes Requirements - Relevant diploma/degree or equivalent experience - Strong communication and documentation habits - Comfort working independently and as part of a team Nice to have - Experience in public-sector program delivery - Familiarity with common tooling used in this function
