About Lumen Learning Group Lumen designs practical learning programs for employers—onboarding paths, manager toolkits, and skills academies. We blend instructional design with measurement so training actually sticks. Role summary We're hiring a Learning Designer to support work in corporate learning & training. You'll collaborate across teams, keep work organized, and communicate clearly with partners and stakeholders. Responsibilities - Plan and execute assigned work with high ownership - Maintain clean documentation and reliable handoffs - Coordinate with leads and stakeholders; escalate risks early - Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes Requirements - Relevant diploma/degree or equivalent experience - Strong communication and documentation habits - Comfort working independently and as part of a team Nice to have - Experience in corporate learning & training - Familiarity with common tooling used in this function
